The 90-minute cooking class includes:

• A 15 min pre-consultation coaching call where we discuss your needs and wants so I can plan the menu accordingly.

• 90 min cooking class online, you in your kitchen, I in mine with recipes that suit your personal needs.

• A follow-up email with a recording of our call.

• Email support as needed for 2 months afterward.

A weekly meal plan specified for your needs can be added on after our session, get in touch for pricing options.
