All the diets, the pressure, the challenge around nourishing ourselves daily. As a result of inconsistency around this, digestive and health problems, food anxiety, overeating, sugar cravings, poor sleep and low energy.

I understand how hard it can be to change habits and how disappointing it can feel when you fail to show up for yourself physically and mentally. This is an invitation to feel and eat better finally.

 

This course was so much more than just cooking. It was a way of becoming mindful in the kitchen, to be truly present while preparing food, to engage all your senses and not just rush to produce a meal. Lisa shared so much beautiful knowledge about digestion, how the body works, the Ayurvedic view on preserving energy and how food can actually be medicine.
