The 3 hour cooking class includes:

• A 15 min pre-consultation coaching call where we discuss your needs and wants so I can plan the menu accordingly.

• 3-hour cooking class online or in person, with recipes and information that suit your personal needs.

• A follow-up email with a recording of our call, recipes, and more information will support you to further cook this way.

• Email support as needed for 2 months afterward.

A weekly meal plan specified for your needs can be added on after our session, get in touch here for pricing options.
