for you, and small to large groups.

Sattwic balanced meals are Great for retreats,
yoga trainings and other events, where you need extra nourishment and support to stay focused.

I offer classes in intimate settings with a focus on
your personal growth in the kitchen.


I offer freshly made vegetarian food for the workplace,
your retreat, or event, according to the ayurvedic principles.

Currently my capacity is for up to 20 people.
