I'm Lisa. I hold space for my clients through coaching, yoga and ayurveda classes, workshops, private 1:1 sessions and online courses.

This is an invitation to you to learn how you can feel better. The tools Ayurveda taught me helped build a new relationship with myself, my body, and the world around me. It brought me new awareness around how I actually feel, what I was doing to suppress myself, and how I used food to manage my emotions. Step by step, I started taking better care of my body, and my mind followed. Now you can do the same.
