Let’s continue to evolve! Over 10 weeks you said that you developed your intuition, learned what food works for you, and even got confident in the kitchen. Many of you found that you learned to understand your body better, felt more at peace and took away many valuable tools that help you daily. It’s been beautiful to share these weeks with you, but the journey is far from over. The course offers A LOT, and you have likely felt overwhelmed at times, not being able to do it all.

The monthly sessions are intended to support you to stay accountable. I will offer a way to integrate what you’ve learned, continue to evolve, stay on track, get your questions answered, and of course, connect with your fellow course participants again.

 

The live sessions will have the following structure:

18:30 - 19:00 Check-in and meditation
19:00 - 19:20 Lisa shares about the theme of the week.
19:20 - 19:45 Discussion and exercises in break out rooms
19:45 - 20:00 Check out and closing

The sessions will be recorded for you to return to, and shared in a playlist that you have access to as long as you are subscribed.
