Adventurer at heart, Swedish Lisa has enjoyed travelling and working around the world.

Vipassana meditation started her spiritual path with her first 10-day silent meditation retreat in 2012.
Since then she’s expanded her knowledge and completed her 200 hour Raja Yoga teach training as well as becoming certified as an Ayurvedic Health Advisor, Ayurvedic Massage Therapist and Ayurvedic chef.

Yoga to me, is a practice that moves me into a natural state of stillness, self-awareness and balance.
We already know, we've just forgotten.
